NYX started offering streams of stock prices to television and Internet companies, the WSJ reported. This service will supply data on trades conducted on NYX’s exchanges which can be used as scrolling tickers on channels, with data from NYSE for $40,000 a month, data from NYSE Arca for $20,000 a month, and data from NYSE MKT for $5,000 a month.

 

SGX will introduce new margining rules for securities cleared by CDP, its central depository and clearing house, to be aligned with new IOSCO-CPSS standards. The Trade News also reported CDP will hold additional financial resources from individual members.

 

Moscow Exchange MICEX RTS appointed Roman Sulzhik as managing director of the group’s derivatives market. Mr Sulzhik held a senior role at risk management in the exchange and will replace former MD Evgeny Serdyukov. Sulzhik was previously head of financial futures trading at Deutsche Bank in Moscow and performed roles at derivatives trading and risk management at JP Morgan.
